The Product is the Message; the Message is the Product

Interesting article from John Maeda (who's blog has previously been the link of the week) that forces contemplation of hardware, software and which is more important. This link is not directly performance related, however when I read it I immediately thought about the testing, reports and website that my team maintains and what role each part plays, or should play in communication with our customers.
